1. Method of Production	We are able to produce following the specific order of the client. OEM : Our company will not distribute the product that is produced following the client's order for 2 years.
2. Sample charges	2.1 All samples made to customers requirements will be charged based on F.O.B. whether or not an order is placed. 2.2 In case of samples of which new moulds have to be made, the cost of making new moulds will be charged between 15-50 USD, depending on the size and detail on the mould. Any charge on the mould will not be refunded in any cases. The above charges for samples and moulds plus freight costs will be informed to the customer by proforma invoice. Sasipa.com will immediately make and deliver samples as soon as a payment for sample is received either by telegraphic transfer(T/T) or cheque.
3. Price	Our price is F.O.B. Chiangmai
4. Method of Shipment	4.1 Order delivery Sea freight or air freight should be specified by the importer together with the destination port. 4.2 Sample and small order delivery This may be by courier, air or surface parcel post which is specified by the importer. Postage costs and the total cost of order plus 7% VAT will be paid by the importer.
